Installation Project
Polypropylene Random Copolymer installations are made Similar to the Conventional Galvanized Steel Pipe Sanitary Systems. Only the above mentioned high thermal expansions need to be handled more carefully. Pipe installations can be laid under floor and plaster as well as above plaster. Polypropylene Random Copolymer Pipes are 9 times lighter than galvanized Steel Pipes and due to their light weight mounting is very ractival, easy, quick and clean. Thus the outer surfaces of Pipe can be Protected from Being cracked not racked.

Fixed Supports

Fixed Supports are located at pre-determined points and used to prevent unwanted Pipe motions. Therefore fixing of Pipe supports at these points should be made stronger than the sliding support Fixtures. Fittings are used to make Fixed Support.

Fixed Supports must divided by the installation into Parts in such a way that each Pipe Segment is able to compensate for linear thermal expansion and contractions. Changes in Pipe dimensions are usually compensated by using free flexible Pipe Pieces.

When making the apartment pipe connections from main pipe, the following alternative techniques can be applied in order to compensate for the Pipe thermal expansions:

1. Pipe connection can be made at some distance away from the wall.

2. The connecting pipe can be passed through a hole much larger than the Pipe Diameter.

3. The apartment connection can be made through a branch Pipe to provide Flexibility.
